HOW DOES IT WORK ?
• Depending on your wishes and your budget, together we define your
choice (make and model of boat, equipment).
• We help you to prepare a financial forecast, using :
- A precise quotation which includes all the equipment and services for the preparation of your boat.
- Cash-flow modelling which takes account of income and costs. These models are the fruit of years of experience in managing and maintaining similar boats.
- Lease financing proposals, prepared by selected credit organisations.
• A management contract defines the partnership between you and your chosen base of CAP AU LARGE, and is renewable each year, or established for the duration of the financing.
• You become owner of your boat under the best financial terms, with the assurance of very high quality preparation and maintenance.
CAP AU LARGE minds about registration.
• We provide you with a marina berth, throughout the duration of our partnership, until you have obtained your own berth.
• We underwrite the boat insurance in your name, with a specialist in yachting insurance.
• Your charter income represents 65% of the charter contract revenues.
• Our flexible operating methods allow you a broad choice for your private use. Obviously, your private use should respect the spirit of the charter operation, and favour early- and late-season cruising.
• CAP AU LARGE finances all the costs related to the charter operation and marketing. (Advertising, trade shows, secretarial support, order handling, cleaning between charters, checks, inventories, client training etc).
• The costs related to the vessel (maintenance, servicing, berth, replacements for fair wear and tear not imputable to clients), are invoiced to you by CAP AU LARGE
• Any losses or damages attributable to clients who charter the boat are managed by CAP AU LARGE.
• All servicing is undertaken by CAP AU LARGE or subcontracted to reliable suppliers. You are free of any worries concerning maintenance, and can make the most of the boat from the moment you go on board her.
• The management of the boat is covered by invoices and income statements which make it easy to follow.
