RESERVATION :
Whether made by telephone, letter, fax or e-mail, your reservation is not final until the charter contract or the reservation form has been signed, and the first instalment has been paid. Any options which are not confirmed within seven days may be cancelled.

PRICES :
Weekly charter fees apply for a seven-day period.
For the mandatory cleaning charge (excluding dishes and deck) : refer to yacht's data sheet.

DEPARTURE :yacht charters begin on the Saturday morning at 10 a.m. (with the starting inventory check) and conclude on the following Friday at 4 p.m. (returning inventory check). Failure to use the vessel for all or part of the charter period will not entitle the hirer to any compensation or refund.
No pets admited.

Our prices include :
• charter of the vessel with its equipment
• familiarization with the vessel and navigation briefing
• full fuel tank (s) on departure
• insurance in conformity with current legislation regarding bareboat yacht charter
• a berth in the port of departure

RETURNING THE YACHT : Following the charter, the boat must be returned at 4 p.m. with full fuel tank(s), dishes and deck cleaned , interior in correct state , dinghy inflated.

INSURANCE :
Each boat is covered by a multi-risk insurance policy which guarantees the skipper's civil liability and damage caused to the boat (and to third parties) due to accidents, burglary or collisions. The hirer is nevertheless responsible for his own safety on board and for his personal effects. Each insurance policy comes with an excess clause, which you may buy back in part (cost : available on demand).

DEPOSIT :
Required for each charter, it must be made by cheque payable to the charter company or cash. The deposit covers the insurance excess and everything the insurance policy does not cover (wilful damage, abandoning the boat, etc).

TERMS OF PAYMENT :
30% on booking, balance one month prior to departure .
If the booking is made less than 30 days before departure : 100 % on booking.

CANCELLATION :
Any cancellation must be made in writing ; it does not entitle the hirer to the refund of any sums already paid. Any instalments already paid remain the property of the charter company.
If the cancellation is made less than one month before the start of the charter, all the charter fee must be paid. A cancellation insurance policy may be taken out (form available on request). If no cancellation insurance policy has been taken out, if we manage to rebook the yacht, instalments would be given back , except 120 euro as booking fee.

REGATTAS :
Subject to prior agreement and payment of an extra charge (doubling of excess charge and deposit - details available on request).
All charter fees and charges include V.A.T. When the planned cruise includes sailing outside French territorial waters, the applicable taxes are calculated according to a fixed rate established by the French tax services, depending on the boat's sailing category.
